Studies

The next research study will take place in Durham, Durham Catholic and KPR Boards with teachers from UOIT who are teaching in the school system. (February 2008 - June 2008).

We will be looking at the effectiveness on learning of learning objects. We have created lesson plans, pre-and post tests and handouts to go with 150 chosen learning objects in gr. 7-10 science and will share those with teachers in the study. In this way, they choose from our lesson plans/learning objects and implement 1 lesson with the learning object in a 2 month period.
